The Descent Is Easy – The Drinking Game – The Rules
In which we learn that our living room echoes terribly and that alcohol makes us less talkative rather than more – what’s up with that??
We are unsure about the success of this as a podcast episode, but it sure as hell works as a drinking game! After nearly a full bottle of rum, we ponder starting a second podcast, lament the fact that whatever we do in life, we will never be as cool and pretty as Maia Roberts, realise that people say ‘The Clave’ way too often and Michelle relives painful childhood chewing gum related memories…

If you don’t drink alcohol, you can play with soft drinks, chocolates (helps clear out that Christmas stash!) or our personal favourite: sherbet.

By the Light of Dawn, the Season 2a finale, leads us to discuss the weirdness of half seasons and half seasons finales, like two grannies complaining that ‘this kind of thing didn’t happen when we were young…’.

Alec’s random stab in the dark guess at his boyfriend’s age is weird. Maia decision to kill Clary is uncomfortable. Aldertree is weird and uncomfortable (No surprise there). Luke’s decision to lock Maia in a cupboard to punish her is off the charts uncomfortable… And then we open the box of Parabatai feelings and implications…
